Etching after a design by Juan de Ledesma. Loose leaf (¿artist proof?). Folded in half across the vertical, this etching was bound between pages 202 and 203 of Gullielmo Dondino S.J. (1606-1678) Tercera Decada [de las Guerras de Flandes]. De lo que hiço en Francia Alexandro Farnese[.] Colonia: unidentified publisher, 1681. This is the Spanish translation, by Melchor de Novar S.J. (1629-1707), of Historia de rebus in Gallia, gestis ab Alexandro Farnesio[,] first published in Rome in 1673. There is a 1682 edition of the Estrada work, ammended by Alonso de Bonne-Maison, that includes portraits of Charles V, Phillip II, Alessandro Farnese, Marguerite of Parma, The Duke of Alba, Don Luis de Requesens, and Don Juan de Austria.
