Published in Paris, rue St. Jacques, a la Ville de Cologne, first by Jacques Honervogt I (ca. 1583 – ca. 1666) ca. 1635, then by Gérard Jollain (d. 1683) between 1656 and 1688, and then by François Jollain (1641-1704). With a poem by Cornelis Kiliaan (1528-1607).
