- Woodcut (Griffin 1988, OM:127). Two versions of this woodcut were published vertically in the title page of Juan de Flores (ca. 1470 – ca. 1525) La historia de Grisel y Mirabella[.] Sevilla: Juan Cromberger, 1529. Perhaps another version of this woodcut was published in Seville by the artists in a Book of Hours of 1528 (cf. Colomer Amat 1998-1999, Fig. 3). Our illustration is taken from a facsimile edition of the title page of the work by Flores held at the University of Iowa.
